Congrats to the team for bringing back medals from the Muay Thai team Canada. It was our first time in a while competing in Muay Thai. 6 months of training and already making a scene. Watch for us
From the Ottawa BJJ, MMA, Pradal Serey kickboxing gym we present to you the 8 unique best ways to tie your BJJ Jiu JItsu belt!! Including in this tutorial is the new belt tie, Cambodian Kouprey and the Honey Badger invented by the head coach Sam Lok!!
With the Cambodian Kouprey belt tie, use the horns to smash your opponent in any competition and or training (but tell them you're injured and use the magical horns to recover from your injuries and go super hard for the sub them, first sub is the winner all other subs from them don't matter!!) And with the Honey Badger it's like wearing a jock in the tournament it sucks...FOR THEM! in the back mount with the deep penetrating belt into their weak backs!!! TAP TO THAT!! CAUSE HONEY BADGER DON'T GIVE A SH...!! Congrats to the team for bringing in Gold and 2 bronzes. For some it was their first event, can't wait for the next SAU grappling event :)
Congrats to the guys for winning 4 gold, silver and a bronze. Less than a week of preparations and challenging opponents we still came back with medals :)
