Dragon Stance Kun Khmer Pradal Serey is a traditional kickboxing style from Cambodia that is similar to the more known sport called Muay Thai which originally came from the Khmer Empire.

Also known as Muay Thai's grandmaster.

We use all the nine weapons, they are the fists, shinbones, knee, elbows and headbutts. The art also has traditional grappling and wrestling.

In comparison to Muay Thai, Kun Khmer Pradal Serey has a higher focus on elbow techniques in the clinch and swifter footwork to create angles and openings before striking, throws, traditional wrestling and sweeps.

This is why most fighters compete in MMA.
